   Gethuk   How to make Gethuk   Ingredients :    1,5 kg of buttery cassava  250 gram of cheese  200 gram of sugar  Some satay sticks  Orange esssence for orange color  Strawberry essence for red color  Grape essence for purple color  Pandan essence for green color  Yelow food color  Cooked shreded coconut and some salt     How to make Gethuk    Cook the cassava and coconut for around 15-20 kinutes. Separate the coconut then.  Mash the cassava until smooth, add the cheese and sugar. Mix well.  Prepare the colorings. Parts the cassava into five or six parts. And add coloring according to your taste.  Roll into the balls and arrange them by satay sticks.  Enjoy it with the cocounts.
